Waters Meet – Luke Whitten & Robby Bennett

10 September 2019

On the 13th September, we’re proud to show works done by Luke Whitten and Robby Bennett at Maggie Wren’s Art Space in Collingwood. “Waters Meet” is a show created by two local artists drawn from their experiences during an Artist’s Residency at Q Bank Gallery in Queenstown, Tasmania.
This body of work is a conjuring of sculpture and imagery depicting the
confluence, where two bodies of water meet. Where waters meet, there are opposing and complementary forces at work. There we find confrontation and uncertainty, decay and regeneration, beauty in obscurity.

Opening night supported by the delicious Bodriggy Brewing Co.
